ACCOUNTANT
PeopleShare is seeking an Accountant for immediate placement in the Collegeville / Oaks area.
The qualified candidate will support multiple managers in regards to accounting functions including, but not limited to, timekeeping, billing, payables and financial metrics.
The job duties will include:
Weekly timekeeping and payroll records
Billing
Accounts Payable
Heavy use of MS Excel (advanced knowledge required)
Interaction with all levels of management
Special projects assigned by management
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (navigation, formulas, macros and pivot tables)
Strong analytical, accounting and GAAP knowledge
Professional communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to multitask
