QuestBack AS, the European industry leader in Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), has acquired Globalpark AG, one of the leading players within Social CRM (SCRM).We are seeking a candidate to take on bookkeeping and office management duties for a growing business.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building businesses who can join us at an integral level and make things happen.


 


Responsibilities include:



  • Bookkeeping (invoicing, bill payments, payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly management reporting)

  • Employee Administration (working with service providers for payroll and benefits to verify new employee paperwork, add new employees to benefit plans, process expense reports, track vacation time)

  • Basic Office Administration (manage office relationship with landlord, obtain office supplies, manage deliveries)



Requirements:

 



  • Familiarity with general financial reporting & bookkeeping systems (Quickbooks knowledge / experience a plus)

  • Excellent multi-tasker

  • Critical attention to detail

  • Self-starter, willing to identify problem areas and take action without significant direction-setting or micro-management

  • Good communication skills – able to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization and with vendors, clients, etc

  • Team player
