Boeing Engineering, Operations and Technology (EO&T) welcomes you to apply for an entry level accounting position in our Accounts Receivable function located in Boeing's Chicago Corporate offices. Your efforts will support a variety of accounts receivable functions including invoicing and contract closeouts, as well as financial accounting functions including sales and earnings, accruals, and account reconciliations. You will work closely with EO&T Contracts & Pricing and EO&T Finance personnel. This position will report to the EO&T Financial Accounting Policy and Reporting Manager. It offers exposure to the leadership team and an opportunity to understand the sales process and accounting function at Boeing.

Technical• Accounting Theory
Basic knowledge of accounting theory, concepts, and principles, such as, income statements, balance sheets, debits and credits.
• Acctg Systems & Process
Basic knowledge of how to maintain and document effective internal controls and processes to ensure system integrity and compliance with accounting system requirements. Basic ability to identify accounting system issues. Basic ability to support internal/external auditors related specifically to job functions and under the review of higher levels.

Bachelor's degree.
Other Job related information
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred. CPA a plus.
