What will I do at this company?
Process non- inventory invoices through a 3 way match procurement system (Ariba)
Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email.
Reconcile invoice exceptions related to PO pricing and quantity discrepancies.
Process non PO invoices and check requests using SAP.
Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
Prepares check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
Assist with monthly close activity.
Reconciles various vendor accounts and Accounts payable aging by identifying and analyzing detailed invoice postings.
Process remittance information for ACH transactions
Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate team mates.
Scanning and imaging of invoice documents
Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department.
What does this company need from me?
3-4 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
SAP and Ariba experience preferred or other equivalent system experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Open to change and willing to learn new skills
Ability to follow up on pending issues
Ability to meet deadlines
