Position Type Full-Time Description Provide strategic account management consultation to ensure retention and penetration of assigned account portfolio that focuses on enterprise-wide solutions. Assume leadership role in the business assessment, planning and implementation efforts within assigned mid-market and large account portfolio. The portfolio will generally consist of 8 to 13 accounts with total revenue for each account between $250,000 and $2 million.
* Develop and maintain effective client relationships both cross functionally and vertically. Understand client's industry, business, financial and organizational objectives as well as the key stakeholder's personal and professional objectives. Client contacts often include finance leaders and business executives up to and including CEO, CFO and CPO.
* Maintain effective client strategies to include life cycle cost management consultation to achieve tangible financial results and other related action plans in collaboration with key client stakeholders and PHH client support team. This includes taking actions necessary to confirm PHH value and satisfaction to anticipate, and where possible, avoid bids.
* Apply contemporary B2B bid management strategies and account diagnostic tools in RFP situations. Lead the bid response effort and strategy development by collaborating with key personnel across multiple disciplines within PHH.
* Achieve revenue/order targets and new fee based services penetration goals. Proactive contract management with ultimate responsibility for resolution of any significant account receivable issues. Requirements * Undergraduate degree in finance (preferred) or business required; MBA preferred.
* Established track record of success as Account Executive in a B2B financial services environment; generally with 5-7 years of experience
* Solid financial acumen, including understanding of commercial leasing and lease structures for vehicles and equipment. Long term asset management knowledge/experience a plus.
