We have an immediate opening available for an Account Development Executive (ADE). Create business relationships exclusively in Competitive Accounts in a specific geographical area. Grow new market share through conquest sales, selling the depth and breadth of ADP's product portfolio. Work in conjunction with all of your channel partners to increase sales opportunities in ADP Strategic Products . Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of Director of Sales. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications needed. Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge your prospects to improve their business processes. Proven sales track-record with 5 years of experience in B2B Conquest sales. DBOT
7-9 months of job related formal training 5-7 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development
Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred Ability to travel approximately 75% os required This ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
