Our client, a successful financial services firm, has an immediate opening for an Account Administrator to work within their Investor Call Center.
You job duties will include:
Taking inbound calls from individual investors
Providing general and operational support to this specific group of clients
Researching answers to the client's inquiries, which can range from new business inquiries to questions regarding account statements and required filings for their various investment accounts
Facilitating account deposits, withdrawals and transfers for clients
Assuring the overall client experience is a positive one
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably from within the fields of financial services, investments, banking, or insurance or similar
Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
An energetic and service-orientated personality
While any experience working with IRAs, 401ks, or other investment accounts would be helpful, it is not not required.
Also, any college and/or any degree would also be a plus.
The starting salary for this position is up to $42,000 to start. The benefits are wonderful and include medical, dental, life, paid holidays, paid time off, 401k, and more!
