Insurance Claim Representative - Specialty Lines
Title: Insurance Claim Representative - Specialty Lines Location: Arizona-Phoenix Other Locations: Selected candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned caseload of claims for the Specialty Lines products in the AMEX Assurance insurance portfolio. Duties include communication with the insured (inbound & outbound calls), investigation of documentation, maintaining state compliance, and decisioning claims for these products. Office hours are 600 AM - 500 PM Monday- Friday, schedule will be defined but may vary based on busines needs. Insurance industry experience preferred, particularly within claims administration. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changes in workflow. Ability to demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision to drive results Strong problem solving skills, time management and organizational skills. Superior level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel.
A current Claims Adjuster Licenses is a plus. If a license is not currently held, the applicant must be able to obtain the necessary license during the timeframe allowed prior to training in order to hold position.
