Basic Purpose:To grow, manage and preserve trusted relationships with the Members. To increase revenue, retention and ensure loyalty with Navy Federal’s Members. To make Navy Federal the desired choice for all Members financial sual Working Conditions:Essential Personnel; schedules may be variable (days and hours); days and hours of shift may change to meet business and member service demandsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a multi-media approach* Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively internally and externally even in sensitive situations* Strong experience with member / customer service operations to include understanding of effective, high-quality member service philosophy* Demonstrated ability to establish and expand relationships with key members / customers* Demonstrated experience in progressively responsible positions which reflect the ability to be innovative* Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team* Successful experience in a sales, cross selling or up-selling environment* Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills* Ability to work in a high volume customer service environment* Ability to exercise judgment, logic, and initiative; maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity* Skilled in interpreting, understanding, and explaining written and oral regulations, instructions, products and procedures in English* Excellent time management skills* Proficiency with word processing, database, and spreadsheet softwareDesired:* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience* Strong knowledge of credit union and/or financial services operations* Supervisory experience which demonstrates the ability to lead and organize others* Previous successful Account Management experience* Familiarity with Navy Federal's objectives, functions, and policiesHours:To be determinedEqual Employment OpportunityNavy Federal Credit Union values, celebrates and enacts diversity in the workplace.
