This position is responsible for a high level of general administrative experience; providing team support; coordinating of administrative functions; investigating and gathering of information for problem resolution; coordination of special projects; collecting and analyzing information from various systems and ability to generate reports; developing spreadsheets, graphs, charts and presentations; management of daily correspondence. Also included is the management of successfully delivering against well-communicated deadlines; meeting standards for production quality and complying with the bank regulations. Compilation of data and binding proposals. Creation of PowerPoint proposals. Multi-tasking and prioritizing are essential. Deadline driven, proactive, and a self-disciplined work approach.
Provide team support and leadership. Coordinate administrative functions and special projects with management. Review and evaluate processes to create efficiencies. Display high quality verbal and written communication. Provide support to Small Business Lending Center team by producing high quality documents using intermediate or advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
