Right now, we are seeking aFinancial Systems Analyst who will be responsible for establishing, implementing, administering, and supporting the information technology needed to keep the Corporate Treasury functions fully operational. This position will be responsible for tasks inclusive of but not limited to: operating the daily Treasury reporting process, application support for Treasury applications, administration of Treasury applications, and the administration of 3rd party banking sites. In addition, you will: * Oversee daily bank reporting process, including the adherence to multiple SLAs throughout each day. * Perform Treasury system administration and maintenance including data administration, reporting and security. * Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, training, security control and modifications to existing services. * Troubleshoot application functional issues and coordinate issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams. * Participate in analysis, planning and implementing of process improvements, automations and new system implementations. * Implement and administer of interfaces to banks, including new user setups, user entitlement additions, modifications and bank file transfer automation via NDM/FTP. * Oversee the technical implementation of contingency planning for WU Treasury including working with IT to set up new users with VPN access and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues as well as working with Treasury staff on monthly contingency maintenance and contingency testing. * Work with new Treasury users to ensure they are set up on Treasury applications. * Consult with Treasury management and staff on technical needs and requirements. * Give guidance on technical trends in Treasury Cash Management. * Create and maintain documentation on current and new procedures and provide training on documented processes. * 1-3 years application support and troubleshooting experience * 1-3 years of information technology experience * 4 year degree * Technical certifications * Experience with Treasury Workstation products, specifically Wall Street Suites modules CMM, ACM, and TRM * Experience with front end application support functions * Experience with Cash Management, Accounting and Finance processes * Ability to maintain a high level of communication, prioritize multiple tasks and ability to multi-task. * Experience administering banking websites
