The Branch Business Manager role focuses attention on the in-branch customer experience and sales results for the branch managed small business segment. Reporting to the District Manager, this associate will be branch-based and will drive results by aggressively deepening relationships with existing customers and new customers through effective business profiling and expertly servicing branch managed small business customers.
Responsibilities:
Leverage appointments and referrals to work with business customers primarily in the branch
Serve as small business expert within the branch, including training of Relationship Bankers as needed
Ensure desired business customer experience in branch
Solve business customer problems as part of sales process and relationship deepening
Accountable for the execution of risk management / compliance protocols in sales process
May serve as community leader for the Bank Conduct monthly meeting with Business Banker and Commercial Relationship Manager to review partnership and discuss servicing, referrals, and pending prospects.
