In this position, you would play an vital role in support of real estate loan officers in the analysis of the credit worthiness of the Bank's largest commercial real estate relationships.  This is primarily accomplished via the completion of a detailed analysis of the Borrower/Property operating statements and/or projections.

The keys to success in this job are:
- Having a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or other business field
- Evidencing excellent written communication skills
- Showing proficiency with Word and Excel 
  
Ideal Skills would include:
- Having 1-3 years of experience analyzing commercial real estate transactions
- Prior experience in a commercial real estate underwriting environment
- Understanding of the components of personal and corporate tax returns
- MBA or CPA preferred
