Our Relationship Bankers play an important role in building relationships with our clients by selling consumer and small business products and services to new and existing clients.
As a Relationship Banker you will use proven sales techniques to meet with prospects and customers (consumer and business) both in person and on the telephone. Through profiling, you will analyze and determine customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions and products. In addition, by maintaining a working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, the Relationship Banker provides branch referrals to specialist in areas such as Investments, Private Client Group, Small Business, etc.
The Relationship Banker also provides outstanding service to our customers by greeting customers, researching customer inquiries and other customer originated servicing needs with the intent of enhancing customer retention and exploring additional sales opportunities.
